KICK IT OUT LINKS UP WITH HOLFORD DRIVE COMMUNITY SPORTS HUB

Kick It Out has partnered with Holford Drive Community Sports Hub (HDCSH) to help promote the organisation’s message of equality and inclusion to the community in the Birmingham area.The groundbreaking community sports hub has transformed the Holford Drive playing pitches in Perry Barr into a major state-of-the-art leisure centre run by four sports clubs; Continental Star Football Club, Continental Cricket Club, Aston Boxing Club and Holford Drive Tennis Club. The community hub, officially opened by HRH Prince William Duke of Cambridge, in December 2014, also aims to improve the lives of local residents through the provision of sports and physical opportunities in the Perry Barr and Aston areas of Birmingham.As part of the partnership, Anna Jӧnsson, Kick It Out’s Reporting Officer, will visit the hub for a drop-in surgery session relating to the organisation’s work on Wednesday 20 May.
